CERTIFIED APPRAISERS CPPA GPPA (USPAP) - Our appraisers are graduates of the Uniform Standards of Professional practice Guide Course (USPAP) established by the Appraisal Foundation as the source of Appraisal Standards and Appraiser Qualifications. Our appraisers are certified equipment appraisers and certified personal property appraisers with a combined 30 years experience. Each holds a CEA, CPPA, and GPPA certification.
